A graduate of Le Chef Culinary Art School, he has been a chef at some of the finest restaurants in the south, bringing creativity and a commitment to excellence throughout his career. Chef Rodriguez has traveled the world studying a wide range of cuisines perfecting his own personal style that local Houstonians and visitors alike have grown to crave. As former executive chef at the highly-regarded, award-winning steakhouse Vic & Anthony’s, overseeing the successful design of the menu for the concept from the ground up, Chef Rodriguez brings a wealth of experience to King Ranch Texas Kitchen as executive chef.
